We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof that the item was damaged during the shipping process.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you the information on the next steps to take.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Exchanges
Our items are limited, so we do not offer size exchanges.

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout.

Please note: your order ships from Canada & USA. Customers may have to pay local VAT and customs except for Australia, New Zealand and the United States. In the rest of the world customers are responsible for any charges.
